RENOVATION

The City of Frankfurt is continuing its fire protection optimisation at the MUSEUMMMKFÜR MODERNE KUNST. Following the initial work during the coronavirus lockdown in winter 2020 and spring 2021, the final phase of the extensive fire safety refurbishment of the listed building will take place from October 2024. The work will take around twelve months and will be carried out by the Office for Construction and Real Estate on behalf of the City of Frankfurt am Main's Department of Culture. As the renovation work cannot be carried out during ongoing operations, the MUSEUMMMKFÜR MODERNE KUNST is expected to close for twelve months from October 2024. The library will be closed as well, but the foyer and bookshop in the MUSEUMMMK will remain open.

TOWERMMK and ZOLLAMTMMK are regularly open for you.
