Over 5,000 works of art, from 1904 until today, make up the collection of the MUSEUMMMKFÜR MODERNE KUNST. With central groups of works by international and national artists, the Museum is one of the most important institutions of contemporary art.
Since its inception, the museum has been closely linked to the commitment of citizens and businesses in Frankfurt, whose generosity and trust have contributed to the permanent expansion of the collection.

ENTRANCE TO THE MAIN BUILDING
The main entrance is equipped for barrier-free access.
ORIENTATION
Throughout the building, there are tactile attention fields made of floor indicators. The handrails are labeled with Braille and profile lettering, but due to the architectural concept, some of them do not begin until the level of the second step. Tactile maps are located in the lobby and on each floor to provide location and site information. Large, high-contrast pictograms enable easy visual orientation.
